Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of baby products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once an item has been opened or used.

If your item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery, you may request a store credit (return shipping at customer’s expense).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos

We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We do not refund for normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
